- Develop multilingual outreach materials in English/Spanish
- Coordinate with local nonprofits and community leaders
- Collect and analyze resident feedback via surveys
- Support grant applications for community projects
- Document outreach activities in municipal databases
- Present findings to city council committees quarterly
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 1+ years community organizing or event coordination
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Clear background check and fingerprinting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
