Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to underserved Denver communities
- Facilitate enrollment assistance for state health and social services programs
- Collaborate with community organizations and local stakeholders
- Collect and report community feedback to program managers
- Maintain accurate client records using state databases
- Present public information sessions in English and Spanish
- Support special events and mobile resource clinics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Social Work, Public Admin, or related field
- 2+ years community outreach or customer service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (required)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience working with diverse populations
