- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in government databases.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
