Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of financial data to identify potential compliance violations and regulatory trends.
- Prepare detailed written reports and policy briefings for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of enforcement strategies to protect federal assets.
- Review and audit documentation to ensure adherence to Treasury Department standards and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case files, investigations, and audit results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate enforcement actions and share best practices.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal departments regarding regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a government, legal, or financial compliance setting preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain a government security clearance.
