Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for executive staff.
- Maintain accurate and secure filing systems for federal records.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and official documents.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to ensure security protocols are followed.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
