Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain complex federal filing systems and digital records in compliance with security protocols.
- Assist federal supervisors in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and departmental logistics.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and briefing materials.
- Conduct research on federal regulations and provide administrative support to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers in the Memphis office.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software systems.
- Background: Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week).
