- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic and paper records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare routine reports, memos, and presentations for management review and distribution.
- Provide general clerical support to various departments and assist with special projects as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal office policies, confidentiality protocols, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and time management skills.
- Security: Ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation and drug screen.
