Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran benefit documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-agency communications for veteran service programs
- Support compliance audits through meticulous record-keeping
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries via phone and in-person channels
- Generate weekly performance reports using federal database systems
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on veteran care coordination
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance requirements
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., VA-VISTA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
