Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with multiple federal agencies to resolve benefit inquiries
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain secure records
- Assist veterans with benefit applications and status updates
- Prepare routine reports for senior leadership review
- Support outreach events and veteran engagement initiatives
- Adhere to strict federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with veterans' affairs or federal programs preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
