Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-volume correspondence, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and in compliance with federal standards.
- Prepare, compile, and review reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership and agency stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval for audits.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for federal personnel.
- Assist with the preparation of budget proposals and expense reports.
- Provide exceptional front-desk and telephone support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Support compliance audits by gathering required documentation and maintaining audit trails.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet eligibility requirements for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional or government setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn agency-specific software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Reliability: Ability to adhere to a consistent part-time schedule and meet deadlines.
