Responsibilities
- Process and verify veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with U.S.-based teams on case documentation and compliance
- Maintain secure digital archives following federal records management protocols
- Respond to veteran inquiries via encrypted communication channels
- Generate monthly performance reports using federal data systems
- Assist in cross-training initiatives for international staff
- Support special projects commemorating veteran milestones
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (dual citizenship acceptable)
- 3+ years administrative experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills with data visualization capabilities
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Exceptional written communication for transatlantic correspondence
- Experience working with veteran-focused organizations preferred
- Ability to maintain flexible working hours across time zones
