As a Part-Time Federal Administrative Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of federal offices in the Miami area. You will assist in data management, compliance reporting, and inter-agency communication. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize federal records, ensuring accurate data entry and secure filing systems.
- Assist with procurement processes, including requisitioning supplies and tracking inventory.

- Conduct routine compliance checks to ensure adherence to federal regulations and agency protocols.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen.
- Clearance: Eligibility to obtain or possess an active Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software (e.g., JAMIS, SAP).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
