Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing federal correspondence, ensuring proper filing and documentation protocols are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations for federal agency stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases in compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate schedules for federal visitors and staff, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both federal personnel and the general public at the front desk or service window.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the procurement process by tracking orders and verifying vendor documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with federal regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Must be eligible for a government background investigation (depending on clearance level).
