Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate federal healthcare programs for compliance with VA regulations and federal guidelines
- Develop comprehensive program improvement strategies and implementation plansCoordinate with state and local agencies to enhance veterans' service delivery
- Prepare detailed reports and policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve agency objectives
- Conduct data-driven performance assessments and quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Healthcare, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting and grant management systems
- Expertise in healthcare policy and veterans' services regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management with PMP or federal certification
