Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of federal grant management, including proposal writing and reporting.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to federal regulations and standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to program managers.
- Coordinate logistics for inter-agency meetings and high-level briefings.
- Maintain and organize confidential federal documentation and records.
- Assist in the development of training materials for federal personnel.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a favorable background investigation.
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with federal government contracts or regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex federal policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
