Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support federal project initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Prepare Reports: Develop clear, concise, and professional written reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and stakeholders.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of federal projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure all activities comply with federal laws, regulations, and internal agency policies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records of project documentation and analytical findings.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal employment requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal or government contracting, data analysis, or project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard federal background investigation and security clearance process.
