Responsibilities

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing or administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of federal claims processing procedures preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid state driver's license
