- Conduct confidential client interviews via phone/in-person
- Review medical documentation for eligibility compliance
- Utilize SSA systems for case management and documentation
- Provide clear benefit explanations to diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate with legal teams on complex case reviews
- Maintain strict confidentiality of protected PII data
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance eligibility
- Associates degree in Social Sciences/Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years administrative processing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Exceptional communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Knowledge of federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ADA)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
