Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Provide courteous support to veterans and their families via phone/in-person inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence for departmental activities
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and privacy standards
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows
- Support special projects as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
