Responsibilities
- Process and verify veteran benefit applications with strict adherence to federal guidelines
- Maintain secure electronic and paper records in compliance with VA protocols
- Coordinate with veteran families and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership review
- Participate in quarterly compliance training updates
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
