Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and data protection regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with federal staff to identify technical needs and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in regular training and workshops to stay abreast of emerging federal technology trends.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field.
- Clearance: Ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of federal IT frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
