Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, incident reports, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Assist in the deployment and management of federal information systems in compliance with strict regulations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment and access to classified information.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of federal IT security standards and compliance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
