Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, including NIST standards and FedRAMP.
- Assist in the deployment of patches, updates, and new software configurations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the asset management system.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk functions.
- Familiarity with federal IT frameworks and security compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to commit to part-time hours (typically 20-25 hours per week) on-site.
