Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security clearance documentation.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining IT inventory logs.
- Respond to help desk tickets promptly and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security patching.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
