Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and shredding confidential documents.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist in the preparation, assembly, and distribution of meeting materials and conference packets.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of agency operations and correspondence.
- Sort, deliver, and log incoming mail and packages in a timely and organized manner.
- Support administrative staff with data entry tasks and the preparation of reports.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
