Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and documentation in accordance with federal regulations
- Coordinate outreach events and maintain stakeholder communications
- Track program metrics and prepare quarterly performance reports
- Assist with grant management and budget reconciliation processes
- Maintain confidential veteran records in VA databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal reporting systems
- Knowledge of VA regulations and veteran service programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Experience with data analysis and report preparation
