Responsibilities
- Manage and organize confidential federal case files and records with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
- Provide administrative support to program managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefing materials.
- Process incoming correspondence and ensure accurate data entry into federal databases.
- Conduct research on federal policies and regulations to assist in program development.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and report on resource needs.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation and obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
