Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all federal regulations regarding document handling are strictly followed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations for federal supervisors and stakeholders.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring sensitive information is classified and stored securely.
- Conduct data entry and analysis to support program evaluation and budget tracking initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the general public regarding program inquiries.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for program managers within the federal facility.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for federal employment security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or government-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow complex federal guidelines.
- Ability to work part-time (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with a reliable schedule.
