- Manage veteran benefit application processing and status tracking
- Develop educational materials on VA benefits and healthcare access
- Monitor program metrics and recommend process improvements
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and VA policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal program coordination experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., FPDS)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- VA benefits knowledge and veteran service experience preferred
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
