Responsibilities
- Analyze Federal Contract Requirements: Review and interpret complex federal regulations and contract specifications to ensure project deliverables meet strict government standards.
- Support Project Management: Assist project managers in tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project completion.
- Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to ensure all work products adhere to federal compliance laws and organizational policies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and challenges.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including technical reports, meeting minutes, and regulatory filings.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within federal project operations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship Required: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal security clearance eligibility requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in federal contracting, project coordination, or administrative support.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., SharePoint, Jira).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights.
