Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of federal IT projects within defined timeframes and budgets.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical staff, vendors, and government stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and client officials.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and scope creep.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure team deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in federal project management or program management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar PM tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interfacing with government officials.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
