- Manage and organize veteran medical records using federal documentation systems
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and secure document handling
- Update and maintain electronic databases with 99% accuracy
- Assist veterans with records requests via phone and in-person
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on documentation compliance
- Train on federal privacy regulations (HIPAA/VA guidelines)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Ability to obtain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
