Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming federal correspondence and documentation with strict adherence to privacy protocols.
- Assist in the digitization and secure filing of sensitive government records and contracts.
- Support the administrative workflow by scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars for federal staff.
- Conduct data entry and analysis using government-standard software (e.g., EFMS, SharePoint) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors and internal departments, ensuring timely communication of project updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a federal, state, or municipal government office is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary government software quickly.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
