Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation, processing, and maintenance of official documents, records, and correspondence.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Data Management: Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with government regulations.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, arrange conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials and agendas for senior staff.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor workflow processes to ensure adherence to federal and state policies and assist in the preparation of monthly or quarterly reports.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and equipment, initiating orders and conducting regular audits to prevent waste.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with government software systems is highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document preparation under time constraints.
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check and drug screening.
