Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential public records in compliance with Arizona State Archives regulations
- Respond to public records requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Organize digital and physical records using advanced document management systems
- Collaborate with legal and municipal departments for record retrieval
- Prepare detailed reports on record access and retention metrics
- Train staff on records management protocols and best practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local privacy laws
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year records management or administrative experience
