Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Document technical processes, incident reports, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
- Support the deployment of new software and hardware upgrades across the agency.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required for federal employment.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Knowledge of federal IT security compliance (FISMA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
