Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices, including laptops and mobile equipment.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service ticket records for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse staff members across the organization.
