Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal IT systems and networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and regulations.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of federal IT security regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation (public trust).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools.
