- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with federal agencies to ensure compliance with strict regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
