Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), ensuring optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and peripheral devices.
- Monitor system performance, conduct security audits, and implement data protection measures.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT inventory records.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with federal security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., NIST).
