Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required for federal roles).
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Strong understanding of federal security regulations (NIST, FISMA).
