Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal network infrastructure and end-user devices.
- Manage and maintain hardware inventory, including servers, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with NIST and federal cybersecurity standards.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of software applications and operating systems.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of system performance and incidents.
- Collaborate with the federal client team to resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular system audits and software updates to maintain system stability.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal contractor positions.
- Active Secret Clearance (or eligibility to obtain) is highly preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of federal IT security regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
