Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal end-user hardware and software.
  • Manage and monitor local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security standards, protocols, and FISMA regulations.
  • Perform regular system backups, data integrity checks, and maintenance tasks.
