Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain federal IT infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for office systems and networks.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security and privacy regulations (NIST standards).
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and change logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware installation, and software maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule effectively.
