Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal employees via phone, email, and remote access.
- Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory services.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security scans.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure 100% uptime for critical federal systems.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent military/experience background.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and VPN configurations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) with flexibility.
