Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees and systems.
- Maintain and update the agency's hardware and software inventory.
- Assist in the implementation of federal cybersecurity compliance protocols (e.g., NIST).
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security policies.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior administrators.
- Support the deployment of new IT assets and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or help desk operations.
- Familiarity with federal IT standards and security clearance processes is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic network troubleshooting.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for federal employment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
