Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and end-user devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to improve IT service delivery.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
