- Conduct audits and reconcile pension accounts to meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with finance teams on actuarial valuations and financial reporting

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency in pension administration software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of ERISA, IRS, and Kentucky pension regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
