Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts using quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Prepare concise policy briefs and executive summaries for senior leadership review
- Coordinate with agency stakeholders to gather implementation feedback and data
- Monitor federal and state policy trends affecting District operations
- Support public hearings and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of research methodologies and findings

Qualifications
