- Track regulatory compliance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in public hearings and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation of policy research and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year policy analysis or legislative experience
- Proficiency in legal/regulatory research databases (e.g., LexisNexis)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of Colorado state government structure preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license may be required
